Marmite Chicken Back


1. 300gm Chicken Cubes
2. 30gm Rice Flour
3. 1 pc Egg
4. 10gm Knorr hao Chi
For Sauce:  
1. 120gm of Knorr Rock Sugar Honey Sauce
2. 15g of Marmite
1. Mix Chicken, Knorr Hao Chi and egg in a bowl.
2. Coat chicken cubes with rice flour, deep fry chicken until golden brown and crispy and set aside.
3. Mix Knorr Rock Sugar Honey Sauce and Marmite and heat in wok till boiled. Add chicken.
4. Stir and cook chicken over low heat until chicken cubes are evenly coated. Ready to serve.
