Ingredients:  
1. 3 packs Oat Krunch Chia Seed
2. 4 tbsp Low-fat plain yogurt
3. 45gm Fresh banana
4. Half cup chilled low-fat milk
   
Garnish:  
1. 1 pack Oat Krunch low-fat milk
 
Methods:  
1. Mix all together in a blender and puree to fine
2. Then, serve it chilled
