Hazelnut Apple Muffin Back

Preparation time: 5 minutes

     
Ingredients:  
Part A  
1. 45gm Unsalted butter
2. 42gm Icing Sugar
Part B  
1. 75gm All-purpose flour
2. Half tsp Baking powder
Part C  
1. 2 packs Oat Krunch Chunky Organic Hazelnut
2. 1 no Egg
3. 1 no Egg yolk
4. 3 tbsp Instant oatmeal
5. 1 no Green apple (peel and diced small)
   
Garnish:  
1. 1pack Oat Krunch Organic Hazelnut
   
Methods:  
1. Place the butter and sugar together in a whisking bowl and whisk it to a pale
  yellow color using a thick whisk.
2. Then add in Part B ingredients and mix well.
3. Follow by adding Part C ingredients and lightly mix together (*To add in green apple the last).
4. Scoop the mixture into a muffin cup (just to the rim) and top it with Oat Krunch Chunky Organic Hazelnut cookies (Crush the cookies to fine bits).
5. Bake in the oven (top and below heat, without the fan) at 150C to 40min to 45min.
